Donna E. Holt (ITIL Practitioner, ItSMF Founding Member)
Since 1997, Donna has focused on professional training and course development in the areas of ITIL, IT Service Management, and IT support. She has presented more than 100 training seminars to some thousands of mid and upper-level managers; and has personally performed certification audits on globally dispersed companies including Lockheed Martin and Honda. With extensive real-world experience in both ITIL and IT Service Management, Donna has consulted to a broad portfolio of companies in helping to establish their ITIL practices.
Since 2008, her focus has been almost exclusively on preparing business and government professionals for ITIL certifications. Donna holds multiple certifications, including that of accredited ITIL Practitioner, and trains other ITIL instructors on how to effectively deliver ITIL classes. Donna is a founding board member and COO of the Los Angeles IT Service Management Forum (ItSMF) and is a board member of the Help Desk Institute (HDI).
